Anti-choice protesters protest a party organized... →
Just think about that for a minute. It was the 88th anniversary of women getting the right to vote. The DNC throws a party in honor of this fact. And anti-choice orgs came out to protest. They protested Women’s Equality Day. Speaks volumes about what the so-called “pro-life” movement is actually about, doesn’t it?

– Colorado GOP chairman Dick Wadhams, describing the GOP’s anti-DNC war room. In Orwell’s 1984, The Ministry of Truth was responsible for falsifying historical events and manufacturing propaganda. So. Very. Apt. via

1. I had no idea Victoria Jackson (of SNL fame) was a fundie wackaloon. 2. She thinks Obama is the anti-Christ, a communist, a racist, a Muslim — but its other people who are ignorant. 3. Correct me if I’m wrong, but if you’re a fundie wackaloon, wouldn’t you want the anti-Christ to come to power? Don’t you guys desperately hope/believe that the apocalypse will...

Teen Drops Out of School to Play Guitar Hero →
So far, Blake has won around $1,000—but that money came in the form of gift certificates, gaming equipment, and Chick Fil-A combo meals. He hopes to start bringing in some actual cash after his father takes him to the U.S. regionals of the World Cyber Games. Live the dream, dude. Live the dream. via
